According to the current track, Suman Pandya has promised and given her word to Prafula and Jagat that Raavi will be married in the Pandya family. However, Dev is already in a relationship with another girl.
As per speculations, Suman, being a woman of her word, will make sure to get Raavi married in the Pandya family by getting her married to Shiva and not Dev.
