MUMBAI :Kumkum Bhagya has frequently managed to gain the top position from the time of its inception, all thanks to the outstanding cast and gripping storyline. Fans are in awe of the chemistry between the lead couple Prachi and Ranbir played by Mugdha Chaphekar and Krishna Kaul respectively. Tina Ann Philip aka Rhea plays a grey character. 

Currently, Rhea and Aliya have done a lot of damages for Prachi and Ranbir. But now the dramatic events of reality checks have come to an end with a shocking truth.

Aliya visits the hospital along with Vikram and Pallavi to bring the reports. She is cunning enough to take advantage of every bit of opportunity in order to pull the drama.

She does the same thing to manipulate the pregnancy reports of Rhea. Rhea is seen screaming as she feels delightful to find the reports on her favour.

But the doctor arrives soon to expose the truth and makes Rhea's happiness short-lived. Coming up, Rhea is seen blaming Prachi and the doctor marks to enter at the right time.
