In the upcoming episode, on the day of Makar Sankranti, Suman gets a heart attack and she collapses from her bed while calling out to Dhara for help.

Dhara rushes to Suman’s room and feels terrified seeing Suman lying on the floor unconscious.

Later, Dev and Rishita get a call from Dhara’s son who informs them that Suman’s life is in danger and so, they should come to visit her.

In the forthcoming episode, all the Pandya brothers and Pandya bahus come to meet after 7 years at the hospital where they are filled with a lot of old grudges, anger, guilt, etc. 

Soon, the viewers will find out that Suman’s condition is not really critical but was just hurt mildly. The surprise element will be when it will be revealed that Dhara and Suman are taking this drama ahead in order to bring the family back together.
