In the upcoming episode, Swaran desperately needs money to save her son Nakul’s life. Swaran has made all the sacrifices till now, but this time she falls on Balli’s feet and begs for Nakul’s life. She asks Balli to help her, but Balli’s mother arrogantly tells her that she’s not going to get any help and there will be no surgery. Swaran breaks down, but Balli reminds her that he doesn’t want to see Swaran in tears and only wants a smile on her face. With this, Balli tells her to smile. Trying her best to keep the pain behind, she tries to smile but also has tears in between as she cannot see her son dying. Swaran tells Balli that she has sacrificed everything for him; be it the house, the insurance or even herself.
