MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.

Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

Well, as we all know, Malini spends a night with Malini and the latter complains the same to the family. Imlie is shocked to hear this and since Aditya does not take a stand for himself, Imlie decides to leave the house. Now, it will be seen that Imlie will call the police and get Malini arrested for molesting Aditya.

In a shocking turn of events, Aditya will drag Imlie out of the house and will ask her to withdraw her complaint following to which, she will show proof of her burnt saree that Malini disguised herself as Imlie and spent the night with him. Nobody will believe Imlie but it will be interesting to see how she convinces the family and Aditya to believe her.

Soon Malini will tell Dev to tell Imlie to take back her case. Dev will tell her that if she has something to confess she should do so as he is a father with a weak heart and cannot see his daughter in trouble.

Here an egoistic Anuja will tell that Malini does not have to plead to a servant like Imlie as she has already made arrangements to make sure that the Tripathi’s withdraw. On the other hand Kunal will challenge Malini that if she will ruin Imlie and Aditya’s marriage then he will always stand by Imlie.

Apparently he will stand by Imlie and finally expose Malini’s evil truth!
