Just when Sirat plans a romantic date to confess her love to Ranveer, everything suddenly slips out of her hand when Ranveer faints.
As soon as Ranveer gets hospitalized, what hits Sirat harder is when the doctor reveals Ranveer’s imminent death.
Sirat faces another huge shocker when the doctor reveals to her that he already informed Kartik about the same that Ranveer will die as soon as the poison will start spreading in his body.
Sirat stumbles hearing the doctor’s confession because she never expected that Kartik would hide such huge truth from her.
