Mumbai: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running TV show. Abhimanyu and Akshara are winning hearts with their romance. Harshad Chopda plays Abhimanyu while Pranali Rathod portrays the character of Akshara.

The show is gearing up for some interesting twists ahead and Akshara and Abhimanyu’s relationship is going through a rough patch.
We already know that dadi is admitted to the hospital due to stress. Kairav too learns about the stress in his sister’s married life and questions Abhimanyu and tries to make decisions for Akshara and she gets angry over this.
Akshara, however, can't leave her Mimi alone and returns to look after her until she can take her back home.
In a BTS video that surfaced, we saw Akshu having a little fun with Abhi too at the hospital.
