MUMBAI: The upcoming episode of Star Plus’ popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase an interesting twist.

Sirat and Kartik are faking their relationship and here Goenka family isn't aware of it.

Sirat shares good moments with Akshara, and Kairav wishes to have Sirat as his mother too.

Kairav although knows the truth but makes a wish to God. Meanwhile, Dadi organises a ritual.

Dadi asks all the couples to perform a ritual where the husbands will make their wives wear mangalsutra.

Kartik and Sirat are stuck as they aren't married but can't deny the ritual too as family will doubt them.

Kartik takes mangalsutra and makes Sirat wear it and both are puzzled and Dadi is happy to see this and blesses them.

It would be interesting to know what happens next on the show.
