Where Kartik and Naira’s happiness turns into sorrow, they are shaken seeing Kairav calling Naira the biggest enemy of Goenkas and Luv-Kush. 

Seemingly, Kairav got blinded in the dirty game of Luv and Kush that he has chosen the wrong path over the truth and defended the boys against his own mother.
