Sandeep Rajora, who is currently doing a cameo in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi as an undercover cop who's come to unravel the mystery of Krishna Tulsi's rape, has recently shifted to a new pad at Palm Court Complex. This is the same area which is a home to cluster of TV stars like Hiten-Gauri, Gourav Chopra, Ali Asgar, Saakshi Tanwar, Pracheen Chouhan and Juhi Parmar.

It's not South Mumbai, Versova or Andheri Lokhandawala Complex, but somehow Malad is proving to be the one stop paradise for TV stars to settle down in life. The reasons could be many, one of course, the proximity of sets, production houses and then the mushrooming of malls to add to the entertainment quotient.
