Dev goes to Vidhi’s house wearing the shirt he received as a gift so that he could propose to her.

Previously we saw that Dev is set to marry Amba just so that Vidhi begins to hate him. His feelings for Vidhi however get revealed when he writes his love for Vidhi on a paper, which is found by Satyavathi. Satyavathi then questions Dev about his feelings for Vidhi.

As Dev agrees to marry Amba, Vidhi is heart broken. She is even more devastated when Amba announces her engagement in Vidhi’s house.And now while everyone is busy in preparation for the engagement ceremony, Dev and Vidhi will find a little moment for their romance.

Vidhi will announce Dev’s marriage to Amba as a part of her responsibility and good will gesture in the office. Meanwhile Vidhi will sob uncontrollably in the washroom as she won’t be able to control her emotions anymore. Arjun will notice the tough times Vidhi is going through and feel bad for her.

Amba will come in between Dev and Vidhi and not even let them interact. Arjun knows that Vidhi has feelings for Dev and will be fully aware of how she must be feeling right now. Vidhi will feel cheated and betrayed by Dev but Arjun will never fail to support her and be there by her side. 

Vidhi will be shocked to learn that Hariprasad is aware that Dev wants to simply marry Amba. Even though Hariprasad is impressed by Dev, he is still not willing to make the latter his son in law. Hariprasad now decides to gift a gold coin to Dev

Abhimanyu compels Vidhi to convince Dev to marry Amba. But, Vidhi realises her love for Dev and doesn't want him to get married to her.

Arjun and Vidhi's increasing proximity begins to prick Dev's heart. Meanwhile, Amba tries to bring them even closer so that they get married and she can keep Vidhi away from Dev.
