Looks like preparations for two reel weddings (to Veer and Vansh in Uttaran) got to Tina ‘Ichcha’ Dutta. Because a little bird that chirps parked outside <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/tina-faints-real-sets-uttaran>Tina</a>’s house tells us she has got engaged to Balaji’s production head, Mahesh Kumar Jaiswal. The couple met each other a year back.

It does not take a rocket scientist to understand what goes on in the lives of our saas-bahus on TV. And almost all saas-bahu sagas look the same. Only the timings differ. Lately Balaji’s Karam Apna Apna had the same story line as that which was already seen in Kahanii Ghar Ghar ki. In both the serials viewers will recall that a family member puts his wife on line in a game of gambling.

Although Ronit Roy is a very busy man doing three Balaji shows; Kyunki, Kasautii and Kasamh Se, he still does find time to show his love for mommy dear. Mrs. Roy ( Senior's ) birthday falls on the 16th of this month and Ronit is taking her out of the country for a few days.

Kasauti Zindagi Kay seems to have settled down after a leap with Hiten Tejwani as the new Anurag Basu. Talk is that gen-next wanna shine has developed a big-time attitude just because is a part of Balaji's TRP raking show. He's also picked for thinking too high of himself when it comes to the looks department and lives with a phoney belief that he's some style icon. A reliable source from the sets has also added that he in fact behaves as if he's a big star like Sakshi 'Parvati' Tanwar.

The latest from the Balaji Brigade to call it quits is Tina Parakh. Rumour mills have been rolling out the news of her frustration for a while now! Apparently the actress essaying a prime character Shruti (Parvati's daughter) in Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki and Mukti (Prem's love interest) Kasautii Zindagi Kay is said to be irked with Balaji.

Chaitanya Chaudhary aka Uday of the now-redundant Balaji serial Kuch Apne Kuch Paraye is all geared up to celebrate his b'day today. "Normally I throw a party but this year I am busy shooting for Sangam. I will definitely go out for dinner with friends - basically hang out at our favourite joint and have a blast," laughs Chaitanya. In his college days, his father had gifted him a bike and that is his most cherished gift till date. As for the most memorable party, a surprising birthday party was organized by his sister two years back.

HThe buzz goes that apni Shweta Tiwari aka Prerna Bajaj of Kasauti Zindagi kay has got into a habit of always reporting late on the sets. A colleague on condition of anonymity says, " the day I have to shoot with Shweta, I purposely come in late. There's no point reporting early and I've to sit twiddling my thumb there."

Actor Manav Vij, whose claim to fame is the nerdish act of Joydeep in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, has big things in store for him as far as his characterization goes. Made to look like a Jassi counterpart, Joydeep's role started of on a humdrum note but later picked up when the track focused on his circumstantial marriage to Bhumi, who loves to hate him.
