Yash Pandit who was last seen in <em> Kyunki Saas… as Lakshya </em> will now be seen in <em> Betiyaan </em> from December 10.

After Twinkle Bajpai was replaced by Gunjan Walia and Yuvraj Malhotra was killed in the show, Neeta Shetty who played Gauri also quit and now it’s the veteran actress Rohini Hattangady who has quit Creative Eye’s <em> Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan</em>. She is the fourth actor who has bid adieu to the show. It is also heard that two more actors, Nupur Alankaar and Kartik Sabharwal have gone missing in the show.

Yuvraj Malhotra fans still cannot digest the fact that they wouldn't get to see their fave hero Karan in Zee TV's <em> Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan</em> anymore. A month ago, we had reported that the actor was to bid adieu to <em> Betiyaan</em>. After which a reliable source had told us that Yuvraj was leaving as the channel wanted him to concentrate on his upcoming show <em> Waaris</em>. A few days before the launch of<em> Waaris</em>, we met the actor on the sets and popped the 10 crore question – Was it the channel that asked you to leave <em> Betiyaan </em> for<em> Waaris</em>?

Viewers brace yourselves for another funeral in a Creative Eye show. Not long ago there was a death in <em> Maayka</em>. Now viewers will witness a death in Dheeraj Kumar’s other show on Zee, <em> Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan</em>. The one who will now be laid to rest is none other than Yuvraj Malhotra, the male protagonist of the show. When contacted, Yuvraj Malhotra refused to comment anything. However, a reliable source informs, “Yes, it is true that Yuvraj’s character (Karan Mathur) will come to an end. I can’t divulge as to how he’ll die.”

There are stars galore on the sets of <em> Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan</em> . After Narayani Shastri and Gaurav Chopra , it is Rajshri Thakur aka Saloni who will grace the show with her cameo appearance. The production house is geared up to bringing in the popular faces to highlight the on-going track.

<em> Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan</em> is going to be one big family affair as Narayani Shastri will be joined by none other than her beau Gaurav Chopra. It is reported by a source from the show that Gaurav too is playing a lawyer in the show. When contacted Gaurav confirmed the news and said, “I am playing a successful lawyer named Kapil Singhania who is pitted against his own wife Damini in the court of law, who again is a renowned prosecutor.”

If sources are to be believed then all is not well on the sets of <em> Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan</em> and the reason is none other than assistant director Raj. A source from the production house says that the director Prasad trusts his assistant director blindly who misguides him a lot.

It seems Nupur Alankar’s social deeds have influenced many on the sets of <em> Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan.</em> All the actors from the show are helping one of the spot boys for his daughter’s marriage. They are contributing Rs.2000 each to help Hussain, the spot boy. Earlier Nupur Alankar had helped a spot boy named Badshah with money, some years ago when his son met with an accident. Then she funded Rafeeq, from the arts department, who needed money for his daughter’s marriage.

Amit Dolawat who is currently seen in Zee’s<em> Betiyaan </em>has entered Sahara One’s<em> Zaara</em> in the role of a Muslim boy. He will be the love interest of Khushi (Ami Trivedi). The actor is all charged up for his new role as he will be romancing the heroine for the first time in his career. “For the first time I’ll be playing a romantic lead in the show. The best part about this show is that I can be myself,” says Amit.
