Actor Amit Dolawat is on ‘Cloud Nine’ after getting the opportunity of being part of a World Cinema Festival film with renowned Director Vivek Sharma, who has earlier directed legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan in the movie Bhootnath. The film titled ‘Character Certificate’ is about how we form an opinion about a person even before knowing him. The film will deal with this modern way of communication wherein assumptions about a person take centrestage rather than knowing and understanding the person.
