India aims to earn the tag of ‘super power’ and soon we will be among top three global nations. And yet we can’t protect women in our own cities. The fact that a 23 year medical professional was brutally gang raped and severely beaten in a moving public transport bus in the national capital (Delhi) is a matter of great shame. This depravity has sparked fury and anger in our already frustrated nation which sees no justice in any crime, be it corruption, terrorism or abuses against women.
