Priya Wal, who has been keeping herself busy with cameos off late, will soon be entering the Balaji camp. She has been roped in for Ekta's thriller venture <em> Jane Kya Hoga</em> on Sony. Priya who hasn't landed a good role after Remix is now on cloud nine. "I'm playing a small role in Ekta's show for Sony. It's an episodic and I can't reveal much as I don't know when it will go on air. My episode is delayed due to unavailability of a few actors. I'll start shooting in December," says Priya.

Despite the disappointment on her comeback vehicle <em> Jeete Hain Jiske Liye</em> winding up before time, Renuka Shahane, the actor with that million-dollar smile, is happy about getting back to her children a la the protagonist Anjali in the serial. "Yes," she says excitedly, "I will be back with my sons Shouryaman and Satyendra, who are in Sr.KG and nursery respectively. I missed going to their schools."

17th May's episode will be the swan song for <em>Jeete Hain Jiske Liye</em> on Sony Entertainment Television. Looks like the daily which began with an unusual story line of Aman Dhanrajgir (Ayub Khan) in whose life his ex-flame Avni (Pooja Ghai) enters as his sis-in-law to wreak havoc in his marital bliss with Anjali (Renuka Shahane), did not go down well with the viewers. Recently, the production house had also added in a young starcast to spice up this telenovella.

The Deeya-Tony Singh serial <em> Jeete Hain Jiske Liye</em> on Sony TV is slated for an interesting track change. Probably this is where the story of orphan Anjali (Renuka Shahane) begins.

Tomorrow (22nd March) is actor Maninee De's birthday. This spunky actor is not known to throw parties or celebrate it on the sets as she believes, "Birthdays no longer have the charm they used to earlier. Or probably I have grown too old to celebrate them," rues this Arian. So, what are her plans for tomorrow? "I have taken an off from shooting and will go to Shirdi with my husband and daughter. I want to be with Baba and seek his blessings," says Maninee.

We got chatty about her hubby, mother, kids and then of course her<em> kamvali bai</em>. This perhaps sums up for me Renuka Shahane's domesticated life during her five year sabbatical.

Industry watchers are waiting with bated breath the comeback of seasoned actor Renuka Shahane on the small screen with Sony's <em> Jeete Hain Jiske Liye</em>. But another smashing artist who's also returning with this project is the classy Ayub Khan, who plays the male lead in the show. Well known for his association with meaningful cinema, Khan has been consistent with his taste even when it comes to television. His bag of work (Zee's <em> Aandhi</em> and <em> Kashish</em> and Star One's <em> India Calling </em>) can vouch for that.
