Sachin Shroff and Juhi Parmar Shroff as we know were blessed with a baby girl on the early hours of 27 January 2013. Sachin had earlier told Tellychakkar.com that they would have a naming ceremony at home soon after the kid and Juhi were home.

Juhi Parmar Shroff and Sachin Shroff are proud parents!! Juhi delivered a baby girl last night (27 January 2013) at a hospital in the suburbs of Mumbai. We hear that both mother and kid are doing fine.
We tried calling Sachin Shroff to gather his thoughts, but could not get through to him.
The couple's very close friend Additi Shirwaiker confirmed the news to Tellychakkar.com saying, "Yes, Juhi delivered a baby girl last night. I am yet to see the kid and the mother. I will probably go to meet them at the hospital post my shoot today."

News…news… and a very happy happy news is that <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/juhi-parmar-all-set-make-her-theater-debut>Juhi Parmar Shroff</a>, fondly remembered for her title role in <em>Kumkum Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan</em>, is elated as she is in the family way.
Yes, you heard it right!! Juhi and <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/interviews/juhi-and-sachin-shroff-get-candid>Sachin Shroff</a> who got married on 15 February 2009 are expecting their first child!! Juhi is in her second trimester (4th month of pregnancy) and the duo look forward to embracing parenthood.
