He barges into Samar’s house, apprehends him and gets him arrested.

As per our source, the show is slated to launch either on 18 February 2013 or 25 February, the latter date being preferred by the production house as 24 February happens to be the birthday of the ace Producer/Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
