Mahaabhaarat goes global

Ekta's <em> Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki</em> on 9X is reaching a stage from where the high drama of the greatest epic takes off. In the first week of October, on the show, the Pandavas and Kauravas will be shown as adults for the first time. And as the adolescent boys become men, the high drama in the story of their lives will begin to unfold on screen. The roller-coaster ride of relationships, power, politics, emotions and values, will become extremely strong.

Sid replaces Harshad as Arjun in Mahaabhaarat

Harshad Chopra who shot to fame as Prem in Balaji's<em> Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil </em>was roped in for Ekta's <em>Mahaabhaarat </em> as Arjun. But now the actor is going to be replaced by another Balaji actor Sid Makkar. Suraj Rao, Creative Head<em> Mahaabhaarat</em>, confirmed the news and said, "Harshad had date issues as his track has increased in<em> Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil</em>. He is required there for a longer time so we decided to liberate him and got Sid Makkar to play Arjun in the show."

Mahaabhaarat ke side-effects

With Ekta Kapoor’s<em> Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki </em> airing from today on 9X at 9:00 pm, all the producers have pulled up their socks and are resorting to every measure to banish the shadows that the epic may cast on their shows. <em> Mahabharata</em> will air at the same time as Rajan Shahi’s <em> Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai</em> on Star Plus, Balaji’s <em> Kucch Is Tara </em> on Sony, <em> Kasamh Se</em> on Zee and <em> Ek Packet Umeed </em> on NDTV Imagine.

Kahe Naa Kahe makes way for Mahaabhaarat

With Ekta’s dream project <em> Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki </em> set to hit the screens, her other daily on 9X is coming to its end. Balaji’s <em> Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki</em> is airing from 7 July from Monday to Thursday at 9:00 pm in place of Balaji’s <em> Kahe Naa Kahe </em> which means the show is reportedly meeting its logical end.
