Ali Mercchant and Sara Khan sharing screen space for the first time after their divorce through the Life OK show, Welcome – Baazi Mehmaan Nawaazi Ki (Miditech) had made news over the week. It was also reported that this attempt by the makers of the show to bring the estranged couple together on the same platform did not work as Sara could not take this shock and reacted very badly amidst the cameras rolling. The result was that Ali Mercchant had to make way from the show, only to be replaced by Vindu Dara Singh.

Niret Alva, co founder of Miditech, keeps super busy these days. Currently, he is shuttling between Delhi and Mumbai as he is tied up with the launch of the production house’s two upcoming shows, <em>All Is Well</em> on Colors and <em>Live Out Loud</em> on UTV Bindass.

Survivor has been an extremely popular show abroad and now the format has been licensed to India. <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com>Tellychakkar.com</a> has already reported that the makers of the show have approached the likes of John Abraham and Ajay Devgn to host it which will see 10 celebrity TV contestants and 10 commoners battling it out to win the contest.

The Brothers Alva – Nikhil, Niret and Nivedith – of Miditech have been known as documentary and non-fiction producers par excellence.
