Come 14 February (2013), PVR Pictures is all set to end the greatest manhunt for the world’s most dangerous man Osama Bin Laden when it releases Kathryn Bigelow’s <em>Zero Dark Thirty</em>. The Oscar nominated film chronicles a decade-long hunt for the most dreaded terrorist. The film has a great connection with India. Not only were some key sequences shot in India, but also the actor who plays the role of Osama has an Indian descent.

After breaking record collection with Twilight Saga, PVR pictures released the trailer of the much awaited ‘The Host’. The movie is based on Stephenie Meyer’s book The Host, the film stars Diane Kruger, William Hurt and Jake Abel.

PVR Pictures in India is all geared up to release the much awaited movie ‘Broken City’. Directed by Allen Hughes, the film is slated to release on 18 January 2013.

PVR Pictures has an exciting year planned for its audience and has announced the release dates of two big films that it is set to release in 2013. The first is Kathryn Bigelow’s <em>Zero Dark Thirty</em>. The film is the story of history’s greatest manhunt for the world’s most dangerous man. It is slated to release in India on 15 February (2013). <em>Zero Dark Thirty</em> is a chronicle of the decade-long hunt for the al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden following the September 11 attacks of 2001, and his death at the hands of U.S. Navy SEALs in May 2011.

PVR Pictures brings yet another family entertainer to India, ‘Tarzan 3D’. Directed by German producer Reinhard Klooss, the film will be released in India in 2013. Based on the classic Tarzan of the Apes by Edgar Rice Burroughs, Tarzan 3D is an animated motion capture. The film stars Kellan Lutz, Spencer Locke, Anton Zetterholm and Jaime Ray Newman. The screenplay of the film is written by Reinhard Klooss, Jessica Postigo and Yoni Brenner. PVR Pictures has also released a 2 minute trailer of the film which gives the audiences a glimpse in to Tarzan’s jungle life.

In a broken city rife with injustice, ex-cop Billy Taggart (Mark Wahlberg) seeks redemption and revenge--after being double-crossed and then framed by its most powerful figure, the New York city mayor Nicholas Hostetler played by Academy Award winner Russell Crowe.

PVR Pictures has released the most anticipated film of the year from the makers of the Matrix series, Cloud Atlas. The film encompasses six stories over a span of 500 years and features an enormous cast of A-list stars playing multiple roles.

PVR Limited is all set to bring the epic adventure-drama Cloud Atlas to the big screen in India. Cloud Atlas is a multi-genre, multi-starrer film with award winning actors Tom Hanks and Halle Berry in the lead. Also starring in the movie are Hugh Grant, Susan Sarandon, Jim Broadbent, Hugo Weaving, Jim Sturgess, Doona Bae, Ben Whishaw, James D'Arcy, Zhou Xun, Keith David and David Gyasi. <em>Cloud Atlas</em> releases in India and the U. S. in October 2012.

Dance lovers across the country have been eagerly awaiting the release of the latest edition in the Step Up series- Step Up Revolution in India. Now they might have to wait just a bit longer as PVR Pictures has resolved to let the film hit the theatres on 3 August 2012.
