RJ Mantra to host Bindass' Band Baja Barbaad

Former RJ and actor, Mantra has been finalized as the host of an upcoming show on Bindass channel, titled <em>Band Baja Barbaad</em>. The show has a unique and wacky concept, which involves Mantra and his gang pulling off pranks at weddings across the country! Apparently the show is expected to launch in the fool’s month, this April.

RJ Mantra’s spoof on Raghu Ram of Roadies in Comedy Circus Ke Ajoobe

Optimystix’s Comedy Circus Ke Ajoobe on Sony Entertainment Television has never failed to give the audience the right mix of new ideas in terms of creativity and laughter. This time around, the spoofs in the show will be based on reality series, wherein the participants will perform on different nonfiction shows. We hear that RJ Mantra’s team will churn out a spoof on Raghu Ram of Roadies, and the act is believed to be one of the best of the evening. When contacted, Mantra told us, “Yes, it is a very interesting spoof that I enacted on Raghu Ram. It has come out well.”

Well…early in the day we wished Barun Sobti on his birthday. But he is not the only one from the industry who should be showered with good wishes, blessings and love. RJ Mantra, Mini Mathur and Rehman Khan are also celebrating their birthdays today. RJ Mantra who tickled the funny bone of viewers in <em>Comedy Circus</em> (Sony Entertainment Television) has turned 30 this year.

RJ Mantra "wants to be single all his life"

Mantra Mugdh, who is well known as RJ Mantra, has been soothing the senses of Mumbaikars for years now with his superb and poignant voice. And when not RJing, he is busy tickling the funny bone in Sony Entertainment Television’s <em>Comedy Circus</em>. In a conversation with <em>Tellychakkar.com</em>, he unfolded his journey in this industry. He said that he started his career with Radio Mirchi and then moved on to work with Radio City and finally was roped in by Red FM 93.5. “I love being an RJ. I like to grow and want to showcase my talent everywhere,” said Mantra.

Sanaya Irani and Mohit Sehgal may be the teenage heartthrobs of Miley Jab Hum Tum but looks like as hosts they failed to impress the channel, the judges and the producers of the just-launched second season of <em>Zara Nachke Dikha</em>. And so, Jennifer Winget and RJ Mantra have taken their places.
