Breathing exercises calm me - Siddharth Shukla

<strong>Fitness mantra</strong> I have no such mantra for fitness. But I believe in eating good food and then I’m always in a good state of mind <strong>Regular gym</strong> Now a days I try to be regular but due to daily shooting schedules sometimes it becomes a little difficult. <strong>Exercise regime</strong> If I’m working daily then I focus on my two body parts for two days and then in the next two days on other body parts and lastly cardio. I take one day off and relax. <strong>Meditation or yoga</strong>
