We have also reported that names like Neha Sargam, Supriya Shukla, Shruti Ulfat, veteran Vidya Sinha are a part of the series. And the latest we have learned is that TV heartthrob Karan Wahi has been approached by the makers to play the role of the male protagonist. If all goes well, he will essay the character of Ranjan Pandit. Karan has already shot the pilot episode.

They have also produced shows like <em>Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega</em> on Sony Entertainment Television. Now, they are making a foray into the world of fiction. They are producing a daily soap for Sony which will be based in North India and will be a family drama with a romantic angle. It has been reported that veteran actor Vidya Sinha has been roped in to be a part of the project. She will be the grandmother in the family.
