The hot and humid summer has given way to the beautiful and pleasant weather of the monsoons. A typical day amidst the monsoon season is when one thinks of venturing out and trying out something new and interesting. Let’s have a look at the chosen places of destination where some of our popular TV celebs would want to go for a quick getaway this monsoon. Preetika Rao Favorite monsoon destination as far as I have experienced is Ooty! It looks divine in the rains. In fact even in April, it looks like it’s green and cool. It has the look of an old British town; I have a dream to visit London in the rains and to walk on the spotlessly clean roads, getting wet in the rains. Ragini Khanna Panchgani is a place where I would like to go; I have been there once during monsoon for a shoot. The scenery there is so beautiful that it just mesmerizes you. Varun Kapoor The best place during monsoon is being at home chilling, relaxing, watching movies etc. But yes, if I get a chance I would love to travel south, especially Kerala and Munnar. Kanishka Soni Lonavala is my favorite monsoon getaway. I think it is the nearest destination where you can go and come back in a day; I am ready to go there anytime during monsoon. Gaurav Khanna Any hill station would work for me, but the most loved places are Nainital and Mussoorie. It feels really awesome to see clouds descending from mountain peaks.
