Bollywood stars are infamous for their late coming be it at a party or a media event. So though it was routine for most contestants of a reality show when a star did not turn up on time for a film promotion it did leave the media present fuming. It so happened that Amrita Rao and Tusshar Kapoor who were the guests on Comedy Circus Ke Tansen did not respect either the contestants of the show nor the media who were invited to interview them. Though Amrita came on time, Tusshar kept the entire crew and his co-star Amrita waiting on the sets for a long time which angered the media.
Our source says, “Tushaar who was supposed to shoot a special episode to promote his film Luv U Mr. Kalakaar on the sets of Comedy Circus Ke Tansen arrived one and a half hour late. His co-star Amrita arrived on time but sat in her vanity van until Tushaar turned up. Even after he came he did not seem apologetic. The waiting media was furious and stormed out of the shoot without interviewing the star. Meanwhile, Amrita was seen giving interviews to some radio stations in her vanity van. She was there to promote her film and Comedy Circus but she ended up talking just about her film. The shoot which was scheduled for 5.30pm started at 8.30. Since, the shoot got delayed the elimination episode is yet to be shot.”
We spoke to Ali Asgar who says, “We were too busy preparing for our acts so I don’t know the actual reason for the delay but yes yesterday we were supposed to shoot for the elimination round which we couldn’t because of this delay.”
