How important is money for you?
It is very important to me because I live on my hard earned money.

Are you an impulsive buyer?
It depends on my mood. I generally never shop alone. I consult ten people before buying something. Often I buy things against advice from friends.

What are the investments you have made?
I bought a house in Pune last year. I bought it with a bank loan. Next, I plan to buy a house in Assam and then in Mumbai. I am working hard to achieve my dream.

What is your most expensive purchase?
My car a Honda City that I bought for eight lakhs last year. I feel so proud of myself for being able to buy this car.

Do you feel financially secure?
Yes. I read a book titled ‘The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind’ written by Joseph Murphy. From this book I learnt that one should spend money freely and lovingly. On doing this your money comes back to you. You should feel that you are financially secure and spend money with an open heart without being stingy.

Who handles your expenses?
My mom handles all my expenses.

What was your first salary? What you did with it?
It was Rs. 3,000 for a ‘Cadbury chocolates’ advertisement. I offered it to Lord Balaji.

How much money do you carry every day?
I tend to lose money, so I never carry cash or credit cards with me. My mom has sent a care taker for me from my hometown Assam. He accompanies me everywhere and carries my money with him. He handles my day to day expenses.

Do you invest in the stock market?
No as I don’t understand it and I don’t think I will ever understand it.

Any advice for investors?
Value money and save it. Be sure and cautious before making any investment.
