We are talking about none other than Daljeet Bhanot who is a proud mother to a baby boy now! Currently enjoying her motherhood, the beautiful actress speaks about how important it is to invest and gives some other financial tips. How important is money to you? Money is very important to me. Are you an impulsive buyer? I am not a shopaholic, but yes I am impulsive to buy things when it comes to something which I really want. What are the investments that you have made? I have made basic investments. I am not much into stocks. What has been your most expensive purchase? My most expensive purchase was the jewellery which I bought during my marriage and my car. Do you feel financially secured? Yes, I am absolutely financially secured. Who handles your expenses? I handle my own expenses. I have been working since a decade and have learnt to take care of it myself. I have my husband (Shaleen) to guide me where I can go wrong, but on a whole I handle my own expenses. What was your first salary? My first salary was Rs. 3,000 I had earned in my 11th grade as a receptionist of a Videocon company as a part of my college assignment. It is still one of the most memorable moments as I cherished the time I received my cheque. How much money do you carry every day? I do not need much money and if at all I need, I use my debit card. Your advice to new investors? I would like to advise all people to invest in places which are safe and bring basic returns rather than risk all their money in greed for more and lose out on what they have to.
