Personal fitness mantra: I hit the gym whenever possible and do cardio and weight lifting. Nowadays I swim as it helps reduce weight.
Personal diet mantra: I eat every 2 hours and I see to it that I also consume lots of water. I also eat lots of fruits and salads.
Exercise routine: I exercise at least 3 – 4 times a week.
Is food the elixir of life?
Yes, food is something without which survival is not possible.
Are you a foodie?
I am a total foodie.
Are you a veg or non-veg?
Hardcore non- vegetarian.
Favourite cuisine:Continental
Favourite dish:Chicken pasta with white sauce.
Favourite restaurant: Out of the blue at Bandra.
A must at my breakfast table : Cornflakes
Sugar or sugarfree for my tea/coffee... Coffee with sugar.
Lunch generally consists of… Since I am trying to lose weight I consume lots of salads and vegetables. Sometimes I have chapati and rice.
For high-tea you would prefer …. Nuts and sometimes sandwiches.
Dinner generally consists of… I have salad, egg white or a piece of chicken.
Dessert delights: Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
One thing I can’t resist… I am not fussy about food, I like everything. There is nothing in particular which I can’t resist.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)… Fresh lime soda
My favourite drink (alcoholic)… On a very rare occasion I consume wine.
At parties I have… Pasta
Most unusual dish I've tasted… I can’t remember.
On the streets, I love to have… On streets I love to have bhajiya especially during the rains.

Yes, I love cooking but I don’t get time.
Your favourite recipe…
Mixed vegetable
Ingredients : - 1 tomato ( diced) , 1 carrot ( diced) ,1 cup (green peas, mushroom and broccoli) , 1 onion (finely chopped), salt to taste,1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic and green chilli paste,1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.3 tsp oil.
Method : - Heat oil. Add onions and fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and fry for another 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt stir for few seconds and add the vegetable cook for few minutes and serve hot with chapati.
