Ankita Sharma, who was last seen in Amrit Manthan (Life OK) and has been finalized to play an important role in Desh Ki Beti Nandini (Rashmi telefilms) on Sony Entertainment Television, talks of her fitness mantra.

Personal fitness mantra:

Khub Khao aur fikar mat karo mota hone ki.

Personal diet mantra:

There is no such mantra I follow, but yes people should exercise or at least take a walk to stay fit.

Are you a foodie?

Yes, I am a big-time foodie.

Exercise routine:

Actually I am a gym phobic! But whenever I feel I am growing fat, I put on my dancing shoes for a minimum of 2 hours every day.

Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian?

I am a strict vegetarian.

Favourite cuisine:

I love eating Chinese food.

Favourite dish:

It would be steamed wontons.

A must on my breakfast table:

Green tea.

Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee:

I prefer both but sugar-free.

Lunch generally consists of:

Dal, vegetable, rotis and salad.

Dinner generally consists of:

I generally dine outside and it depends on what I wish to eat on that particular day. Generally I eat North Indian food but most of the times I keep on skipping my meals. Anyway, don’t the doctors advise not to consume food containing carbohydrates after 7pm?

Dessert delights:

Kaju Barfi and rosogollas.

One thing I can't resist:

It has to be Maggi

My favourite drink (non-alcoholic):

Guava juice.

My favourite drink (alcoholic):

I am a non-alcoholic person.

At parties I have:

Juice.

Most unusual dish I've tasted:

It was in this particular marriage I attended, I had cheese barfi that tasted like soap; it was really weird!

Yes.

On the streets, I love to have:

Vada pav.

Do you cook?

Yes, absolutely.

Fitness tip:

Just that khub khao and work out. It is enough to be fit.
