The stunning actress takes the audience into her life behind the cameras, giving an exclusive access to her house as she opens up about her journey in Bollywood and India so far. With a cup of coffee in her hand, the energetic actress begins her day and makes her first confession on the show. “I cannot start my day without coffee. I think it is an addiction.” After a fresh and strong cup of coffee, it’s time for some workout. Having a gorgeously toned body like that of Nargis’, one must think that she spends hours in gym. But the actress reveals her secret and says that Aerobics is the word for her. A fun-filled aerobic session follows the revelation. That’s not all. The actress shares health tips and emphasises on the importance of a neat diet and says, “Food is 60 – 70% responsible of how your body looks like.” Further in the show, the U.S. born actress who made her Bollywood debut in 2011 with Rockstar, opens up about her softer side.
