For football lovers watching the Calcutta Football League (CFL) live every evening on Star India’s Jalsha Movies, is a whole new experience with first-of-its-kind broadcast quality, presentation and star involvement. For the first time all the 66 CFL matches will reach more than 9.1 million people weekly. Jalsha Movies, recently acquired the exclusive broadcast rights for two prestigious football events – the Calcutta Football League and IFA Shield Tournament. The CFL matches are telecast every day at 4 pm to be played from September till December 2013. Jalsha Movies has put together a commentary team that boasts of the first women commentator RJ Nilam in the history of football broadcasting in India along with two former India players Debjit Ghosh and Rajat Ghosh Dastidar. For the first time a woman anchor, Tollywood star diva Sayani – has been introduced in football. Adding to the fun factor on ground is-‘Guleda’. Top Tollywood actresses like Koyel and Srabanti have attended the matches to cheer for their favourite teams upping the glam quotient.
