MUMBAI: Umesh Yaadav, who is a popular cricketer, took to social media and shared a workout video. He also gave an advice to his fans and followers.  

In the workout video, he can be seen doing squat with heavy weights. 

The Royal Challengers Bangalore pacer believes in putting efforts (for anything), and he advised the same to his fans.  

Taking to his Instagram handle, he shared the video and wrote, “Put in the effort and start seeing the results #trainhard.”

His post has garnered mixed reactions from social media users. Some of the fans who were unhappy with his recent performance in IPL asked him to focus on his bowling. However, others felt encouraged and also supported him.  

One social media user commented, ‘Try to put ball in the correct instead of focusing on weight lifting’ while another wrote, ‘Hard times will come and go but we should learn from thathope our team and u will come back with bang on performance in upcoming matcheswe believe in our team and we always support our team #playbold #RCB #wearechallengers.’
