MUMBAI: According to a leading entertainment portal, Meri Gudiya, which stars Aalisha Panwar and Gaurav S Bajaj, is going off air.

A source close to the show informed SpotboyE.com that makers have decided not to continue the show post lockdown. Though shooting permissions have been given by Maharashtra Government and many producers are already preparing to resume shooting, following precautionary measures, yet the makers of this show have decided to not go ahead with it.

"Since the story majorly revolved around the daughter, Avi and considering child artistes are not allowed to shoot, as per government guidelines, the makers thought it's best to end the show," added the source.
