He has got the ada, tehzeeb and lehaza of a Nawab and has got a royal air about him too!!
And now, in the upcoming track, Abbas will be seen donning an Anarkali kurta, a pair of traditional mojris and a sword that doesn’t befit his character Biji Pandey (who happens to be a roadside romeo).
Talking about his Nawabi connection, Abbas disclosed, “Not many people know that I belong to the family of Nawabs from Lucknow. It is always fun to play a character you can relate with on screen.”
“It has been a pleasure shooting in the capital of UP as I have grown up here and it takes me back to my beautiful memories back in time. This track has also helped me brush up my Lucknowi mannerisms. We have also shot few scenes at my house to lend an authentic Lucknowi look to the episode.”
Coming from a Nawabi family, Abbas has also helped the writers with the dialogues and the screenplay for this particular track.
Good job, Abbas!!!
