Balaji’s much-awaited show Parichay on Colors has been in news for quite some time now. However the latest news is that actor Abhay Bhargava who is known for his roles in Hindi films like Chandni Bar, Ek Haseena Thi will play a negative lead in Parichay. The actor was also seen on Balaji’s Kitani Mohabbat Hai.

Our source informs, “Abhay who has many good films in his kitty has bagged a powerful role in Parichay. His character is that of a renowned advocate whose daughter gets married to Samir Soni. However after their marriage problems sneak into their relationship and the couple gets separated. This will irk Abhay Bhargava who will start creating problems for Samir Soni. The show has been delayed due to the replacements that keep happening every now and then and recently the female lead of the show Prachi Deshmukh was replaced by Keerti Nagpure. It’s Keerti’s first Hindi show and she was earlier seen in Star Pravah’s Marathi show Olakh. Furthermore, it is heard that the production house was not happy with the pairing of the leads as Prachi looked too young opposite Samir Soni. The show will go on air from August 9 at 9.30 pm slot. Shobhana Desai Productions’ Mukti Bandhan is tipped to shift to a new time slot at 11 pm.”

Abhay Bhargava could not be reached.
