MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with an interesting update from the world of television.
We’ve been at the forefront of reporting updates about Sony SAB’s Maddam Sir. We recently reported about actress Hunar Hale being roped in for a meaty role in the show. Well, after shooting with the crew of the show, Hunar has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. (Read here: It was an arranged marriage for Hunar Hale and Mayank Gandhi)
When contacted, the actress said, “I’m trying my best to fight it. It was a five-day assignment...a special appearance as their main antagonist. I thought of testing the waters before going full-fledged since this was to be short and sweet. It was after my shooting ended I woke up the next morning feeling breathless as I’m asthmatic. I was alone at home at Mayank's in Delhi. I was rushed to the hospital and was tested. The results came out positive."
Hunar further added, “I had packed my bags and had my flight to Delhi post shoot. Got myself tested and was to leave for the airport at 10:30 am on 10th February. Sadly, I got the news of being tested positive at 10:00 AM in the morning and therefore cancelled my flight."
She added, “I would like to request everyone to keep me in their prayers so that I can recover fast and run back to my husband’s arms in Delhi."
TellyChakkar wishes Hunar a speedy recovery.
