The actor plays the role of ACP Virat Chavan in the serial. He was in the news some time ago for his personal life. He fell in love with his co-actress, Aishwarya Sharma, from the show. They got engaged and had a roka ceremony at Mahidpur in January this year.
As he has recovered and has resumed shooting, the actor, in an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com shared how he feels to resume shooting and meeting her fiancé Aishwarya after a span of 18 days.
Neil shared, “It feels good that I have resumed and I am happy to be in a good space now. “
Talking about his role in the show, Neil shared, “A television show presents a journey of a character and whenever a journey comes to an end, there has to be an arc. That is something I always look for in a character before I take it up. This is a phase where Virat is falling in love and Cirat and Sayi are trying to say, they are trying to confess it. As a rule, I do not read the future script and believe in living my character in the present. Earlier there was strictness, then was endearment later there was acceptance by Virat that Sayi is my wife and now he is falling for her. “
As Neil met Aishwarya after a long time, Neil expressed, “For 18 days I was in touch with Aishwarya (Sharma) through digital medium like video calls and voice and when we met after that period we hugged each other for atleast 5 to 6 minutes. This virus is very unpredictable and we need to be alert and keep monitoring ourselves. “
