MUMBAI: Bigg Boss 16 is currently one of the most watched reality Tv shows. The Salman Khan hosted show’s contestants like Sumbul Touqeer, Shalin Bhanot, MC Stan, Tina Dutta, Gautam Vig and more are giving some great content to the viewers to watch and enjoy everyday. There have been nasty fights, name calling, abuses to even physical altercations in the house so far and viewers are simply shocked at the extent some contestants can go.

Meanwhile the growing closeness and chemistry between Soundarya Sharma and Gautam Singh Vig in the Bigg Boss house, has been in focus for quite some time. The two have shared many intimate and cozy moments in the house and not only the viewers but also the housemates have been taken by surprise.

But very few know that Gautam was previously married to Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke famed actor Ankit Gera's sister Richa Gera. The two were reportedly childhood sweethearts and decided to take their friendship to the next level by tying the knot. The young couple got hitched in August 2013 and all was blissful until rumors started doing the rounds of trouble in paradise. 

Gautam and Richa started having troubles in marriage and friends and family could see it. Interestingly the couple kept their marriage private from the media for a very long time and only disclosed it much later.

At one point actor Ankit had confirmed with the media that his sister and Gautam were going through a rough patch in their marriage but they had sorted things out and all was well. However all was not really that well as Gautam and Richa filed for divorce and the Naamkarann actor revealed before entering the Bigg Boss 16 house that he and Richa were divorced but it was an amicable separation and they would continue to be friends. 

Currently Soundarya and Gautam are creating waves with their closeness and host Salman Khan even called it fake. But the two have maintained that they are just about beginning to know each other.
