A fresh wave of the novel coronavirus is being observed lately in the country. The positive cases for COVID-19 are increasing rapidly.

Now, TellyChakkar has learned from close sources that actor Amar Upadhayay has also tested positive of COVID-19 post shooting with the team of Bhool Bhulaiya 2.

Amar is also a part of Colors’ Molkki.

A close source said, “Amar has been tested positive of coronavirus. He is under self-quarantine. He is suffering from mild symptoms and doing fine."

We couldn’t connect with Amar for a comment.

Team TellyChakkar wishes him a speedy recovery.

Amar has been a part of iconic show Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. Later, he also starred in projects like Saath Nibhana Saathiya, Ek Deewana Tha, and Singardaan.

Amar’s current show Molkki is being appreciated by viewers. The show is produced by Balaji Telefilms and has a stellar star cast including Priyal Mahajan, Supriya Shukla, and Shraddha Jaiswal. The show has grabbed eyeballs as it is gearing up for a major twist, with Virendra Pratap’s first wife entering his life all over again. Balika Vadhu actress Toral Rasputra has been roped in to play the role of Amar’s on-screen wife.
