MUMBAI: The coveted list of 'The Times 20 Most Desirable Men on TV 2020' is out. Based on their popularity on the small screen, votes cast in an online poll and an internal jury, these handsome men on Hindi television with oodles of talent and appeal have found a spot on the list.
Sidharth Shukla, who has topped the list this year, was 'The Times Most Desirable Man on TV' last year, too. He continues to rule hearts with his charisma, cool personality and, of course, his acting chops.
On being asked on winning this title once again for the second consecutive year, Sidharth said, "I like it! Who doesn’t want to be desirable? I don’t mind a permanent spot on this one (laughs!).".
Was he expecting to win the same title this year as well after winning it last year? "Honestly, I don’t expect anything. I’m happy doing my work, entertaining my audience, and I leave the rest to them. Ultimately, it’s their love that gets us the rewards.".
On being asked about the SECRET behind his charming attributes that impress his fans (especially women), Sidharth revealed, " You know, I would love to ask them what it is that they like about me. If you ask me, I would guess the no-filter attitude. I am who I am, take it or leave it! And I think that honesty is probably what people like the most.".
As expected, fans are curious whether Sidharth is 'taken' or not, to which Sidharth disclosed, "I would say, keep guessing (smiles!). I’m single if you want me to be and taken if you desire so!".

Talking about his upcoming projects on the workfront, Sidharth revealed, " Exciting and challenging work that makes my heart rush and say, ‘Yes, I have to do this!’
The last two years have been challenging for everyone, both physically and emotionally.".
Revealing the few things which Sid learnt about himself amid the pandemic, he disclosed, " After doing Bigg Boss, I spent some time with my family and then worked across genres in music videos. I would say I have truly been blessed. As for the pandemic, it taught us about things that really matter and about our true needs when it comes to our lives. I think most of us learned how important it is to hold on, stay safe, and not take our lives for granted.".
