Loyal viewers of &TV’s Waaris, gear up to witness a new entry in the show.

The soap which revolves around a girl Manu (Saniya Touqueer), whose identity is hidden by her mother Amba (Aarti Singh) and has been raised as a boy to save her life from her family who are against girl child.

Now sources inform us that popular actor Angad Hasija, who was last seen in &TV’s Saubhagyalakshmi will join the cast of Waaris.

As per a reliable source, “Angad will be Jagan’s (Akshay Dogra) friend Chandar and will portray a negative shade in the show. Jagan would want Chandar’s marriage to get fixed with Simran (Farhina Parvez). However, Manu will learn that Chandar is already in a relationship with Kajri (Divya Khushwaha).”

Manu will reveal Chandar’s real identity and would try to save her sister’s life.
