Ankit Bathla who is currently seen in Big Magic’s Beta Hi Chahiye is having a gala time in Goa today (10 October 2013). After all, it’s his birthday!!! Yes, this b’day boy has been in Goa since yesterday (9 October 2013) with a gang of friends to celebrate his birthday and has plans to party hard all night. The gang has been staying at Baga Beach, Goa in a private villa where his friends surprised him by bringing in a cake at 12 am and also lighting candles at the beach. “It was all so beautiful with the lanterns, music and of course, the cake,” said Ankit. In fact, the actor, who is a Buddhist, chanted prayers before commencing the celebrations, something he does on his every birthday. And he also made it a point to go to a church first thing in the morning before going to a beach to view the sunrise. Currently, he is busy with water sports after which he has a line-up of plans. Here is how his b’day will unfold…. “Post the water sports we plan to see Goa in and out after which we head to a cruise and then Casino Royale,” said the actor. Talking about his best b’day so far he states, “This one is definitely the best one and so was my first birthday. I have a lot of pictures of my first birthday and I liked my parent’s idea of throwing a pool party on that day. Maybe that’s also one of the reasons of me being attached to water (laughs).” Lastly talking about gifts he states, “I am looking forward to getting many gifts and I did receive a vintage wine bottle and I gifted myself a swimming costume (laughs).” We wish you a very Happy Birthday Ankit!
