The immensely talented Anurag Sharma who has essayed a variety of shades in his seven to eight years career in the television industry is not only an actor but also a TRP artist. It all started when the established actor stated on Facebook: “Hi friends, after Pavitre rishta, Jodha Akbar, ye hai mohabbten n now kumkum bhagye today's trp ,,people now started calling me trp artist, trp gainer hahaha it's feel good. But it is all becouse of u friends...thank u so much for loving my work.n big thanks to ekta Kapoor who beleve in me..” (sic) Hmm… Armed with this bit of information, we buzzed the actor who said, “From the production members to the cameramen and creatives, everyone started showering me with compliments and started calling me a TRP artist. This happened primarily on the sets of Kumkum Bhagya and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. I could not figure why they said this until I realized that after my entry in all the shows, the TRP’s have picked up exceedingly well.” Not all will be aware that Anurag’s stint in Balaji Telefilms’ Pavitra Rishta was meant to be a three episode cameo, but his amazing screen presence and talent took him a long way ahead in the show.
