Talented actor Ashish Kaul who enthralled audiences with his powerful performances in the yester year Balaji Telefilms shows, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Kasautii Zindagi Kay, K. Street Pali Hill, Kkusum, Kavyanjali, Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajna is back to working with them again after five years.

He has been roped in for Ekta Kapoor's upcoming show on Star Plus, Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil.

As per sources, "Ashish will play father to the second lead on the show, Laksh. He will be shown as a very content individual. He will be mature enough to understand and maintain the family values."

When contacted, Ashish confirmed the news to Tellychakkar.com, but cited that it is too early to talk now.

As we know, the show has Arjun Bijlani and Drashti Dhami playing the leads.
