Popular TV actor Barun Sobti who is all set to return to TV with STAR Plus’ show, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon as Advay Singh Raizada recently fell prey to major throat infection while shooting for the show’s promo.

The latest promo of the show features Sobti as someone who is reminiscing his childhood days in his old house. The set-up for the location was made keeping in mind the promo and while shooting the promo, there came a time lapse where everyone on the set suddenly started coughing due to a lot of dust in the surrounding. Barun who was in a shot too got majorly affected and was immediately taken to the fresh air for stopping the cough.

Barun, however, continued to shoot for the next few hours and visited the doctor post the shoot who prescribed medicines. From what we hear, Barun being the workaholic that he is continued to shoot for the show the next day despite the throat infection.

Barun will soon be seen romancing Shivani Tomar in the third season of Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. He has already begun shooting for the show in Mumbai.
