Producer Nivedita Basu’s The House of Originals, as reported by Tellychakkar.com, is working on a new concept for &TV.

Titled Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi, the show has already roped in actress Sonali Nikam (last seen in Zindagi’s Aadhe Adhoore) and Abhishek Malik (Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan fame) as the lead faces.

We now bring you the name of the other male lead on the show.

Young lad Rohit Suchanti who was seen as the emerging all-rounder in the team of Rowdy Bangalore in the BCL has been roped in as the other lead on the show.

Rohan has been part of shows Saas Bina Sasural, MTV’s Warrior High and has done episodics in Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya.

As per sources, “Rohit, who comes from film background, finished his studies in Los Angeles and then moved to India.”

If sources are to be believed, veteran actor Anil Kapoor recommended his name to Producer Nivedita Basu. Nivedita has been the Creative Head of Anil Kapoor’s 24.

We tried calling Producer Nivedita Basu for a comment on this, but did not get revert.

We also buzzed the channel spokesperson for a comment, but did not receive any response till the time we filed the story.
