MUMBAI: TV actor Aly Goni will be entering BB 14 on tonight's episode as a 'Wild Card' contestant.

The actor, who was in earlier seen discussing his entry with the makers for a long time now and had also turned down the offer after finalising everything in a month's time for this season, has finally agreed to enter the house for his rumoured girlfriend, i.e. inmate and contestant Jasmin Bhasin.

The promo of Aly making an entry in the house has already been aired by the makers where we could spot him in a completely different look. The actor who is often spotted with a beard is seen all clean-shaven with short hair.

Well, if you think the experiment is being done by the actor for the controversial show, that's not the real case.

Reportedly, Aly will soon make his digital debut with Boney Kapoor's Zidd and now we get Aly's character details from the show, for which Aly is actually donning this new look.

In the series, he will be playing the role of an army officer, for which he has shaved off his beard.

Talking about his makeover, Aly said, "Shaving my beard was the most difficult part but I had to as I am portraying an army officer and they sport a clean-shaven look and short hair. It was tough for me as I have never done this for any TV show, but I am loving it now. It's something different. It was for a good role, and a chance to work with some good people, so I have no regrets.".

For his new look, Aly has been getting some great feedback from his fans. He is also losing weight for the same.

"I weighed 105 kgs because, during the lockdown, I was just sitting at home and eating all day, without any workout. But after my selection, I thought I needed to do something. The gyms were closed, so with the help of a friend I got some gym equipment home. I did home workouts. I have also started following a specific diet since I am a big foodie, it was a little difficult for me, but I tried my best.", he adds.
