MUMBAI: Bigg Boss 14’s launch date is around the corner and fans are super excited. Bigg Boss is one of the most popular and controversial reality shows. The show's last season was one of the most successful seasons in the Bigg Boss history and ran for five months. Now that season 14 is all set to hit the small screens, the show is making a lot of headlines.

Some of the popular actors have been brought on board to participate in the show. However, there have been reports doing the rounds that the reality show's telecast has been cut short to half an hour from one hour, but the channel which airs the reality show has denied the news. The report stated that because the show clashes with a cricket league which is currently on-air, the makers decided to cut down on the duration. However, the channel has refuted the news. 

"The news about the on air time of Bigg Boss to be 30 minutes is untrue. The show will air for its usual 1 hour duration Monday to Friday at 10.30 pm and Saturday and Sunday at 9pm starting 3rd October,” a spokesperson of Colors said.
