MUMBAI: Sonali Phogat’s stay inside the Bigg Boss 14 house might be short-lived but she did make headlines owing to her stint during that period. One simply cannot forget the episode in which the actress expressed her feelings towards co-contestant Aly Goni. However, she received a lot of flak owing to the same. 

Talking about it, Sonali had earlier admitted that she was taken aback by the negative comments which came on social media. Everybody trolled her owing to her affection towards Aly.

However, Sonali also stated that the trolling stopped once people got to know her after interviews and live sessions. Meanwhile, she also talked about the age difference between herself and Aly which drew flak on social media. Comparing themselves to Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia, the actress turned politician’s age difference is the same as them. She also cited 'Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas' and 'Sushmita Sen-Rohman Shaw herein as examples.

Moreover, Sonali added that she never said she loved Aly. The former BB contestant went on to call it an infatuation. She stated that she liked him as an actor and a person. She recalled how he took care of her when she had no friends in the house. 

Meanwhile, Sonali Phogat also said that her daughter Yashodhara didn’t question her bond with the actor and neither did her family. The actress added that her in-laws didn’t think she did anything wrong in the show. 

Sonali concluded by saying that she wants Rahul Vaidya to win the show.
